When our children are hurting it can feel overwhelming. Immediate support is available Saturdays & evenings. Our approach helps you and your child thrive through play therapy techniques, person-centered therapy, parent support, couples counseling, and cognitive behavioral therapy. This is also a place to prioritize your own mental health, and the health of relationships with loved ones. My background is in school counseling, motherhood, foster care and adoption. Eagle Insight has added Anna Flores, LPC Associate, supervised by Ricky Ertell. She is a former police officer making her especially supportive to first responders.
I specialize in working with children and teenagers to help them manage stress, increase self-esteem, and address behavioral issues. Christian counseling is available for those who seek it. You will come into a confidential space to improve your relationships, foster open communication, practice conflict resolution, and deepen emotional connections.
