I use Mindfulness training, along with a touch (or more) of spiritual guidance, in most of my sessions. I believe learning to live in the moment is key to healing from past experiences and to moving forward with self-confidence. Whether you believe in a higher power or not, you can still use spiritual tools and lessons as a guide to living a "right life" and being happy.
