I've personally been in the trenches, and it's my passion to walk through the pain and beauty of life with others.

Helping clients navigate the messiness of life is what I love. I find that deep change often comes with incorporating spirituality, and welcome this conversation based on your comfort level.

I am a board- certified counselor trained in EMDR, as well as Perinatal mental health certified through PSI with an emphasis on NICU families and traumatic births. I have experience in outpatient settings, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, college campuses stateside and abroad, and as a consultant in various churches.
