Many of the clients I work with are navigating life transitions, stress, and relationship struggles. I also support men and women in their 20s and 30s who are new to therapy and looking for a space to sort things out. If you tend to keep things inside or have not had much space to talk about what you are feeling, you are not alone. You do not have to be broken to come to therapy, just human. I have specialized training in trauma therapy (EMDR) and extensive experience with grief, loss, and medical trauma. Working in a hospital gave me unique insight into the complexities of medical diagnoses and chronic illness. I understand how these challenges impact not just individuals but also their families and relationships.
My approach is supportive and straightforward, helping you understand what is getting in the way and build tools to move forward.
