I strive to offer a safe, trusting environment where issues can be addressed and aid in bringing back a life balance of healthy thoughts, feelings, behaviors and wellness.

I work with children/adolescents ages (12-18), adults and couples utilizing various therapeutic techniques. I integrate different therapeutic approaches and techniques to help facilitate healing and change.
