I love working with clients of all ages, and with various concerns. I do take an efficient approach, knowing time and energy are valuable resources and should be used wisely. I aim to get to the heart of the matter so that clients can see healing and success right away, so I am the best fit for clients ready to see changes. My goal is to help each client identify the root issue so that we can create realistic goals that help them move towards healing and growth.
I have a wealth of experience and a variety of tools and techniques to share. That being said, every client is unique, so I work with each individual client to identify their hopes, goals, and needs and we work together to create a treatment plan specfically for them.
I believe the most important part of therapy is having a trusting relationship with your therapist and a safe and accepting space to process, heal, learn, and grow. I strive to create a positive connection with each individual client to create this kind of space.
