I have experience meeting people where they are and focusing on solutions to the problems they are facing! I prefer to work with adolescents and adults with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress/transitions, LGBTQ+ identity issues/sexual intimacy, and personality disorders.
I will help you process thoughts and feelings in a mindful way and encourage you to use the skills/tools you learn in therapy. I enjoy meeting people where they are and focusing on solutions!
