I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who empowers individuals, couples and families to gain Serenity in their lives by focusing on what and who they can control and letting go of the rest. I enjoy meeting my clients where they are at, playing to their strengths, and recognize therapy is not a “one size fits all” experience and work diligently with my clients to adapt the process to their unique needs.
I specialize in Substance Use Disorder, Co-Dependency, Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health including anxiety, stress, and relational discord.
