I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing services to clients. I understand that everyone has their own unique reasons for seeking therapy, and I bring empathy and authenticity to my person-centered, strengths-based approach. I work to build trusted and effective partnerships with my clients, helping them create lives of peace and stability. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients of all ages facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and relationship difficulties. I earned my MSW at Washington University in St. Louis. I approach my work with clients as a collaborative partnership, supporting them in their personal endeavors and growth. I use an eclectic style, drawing from various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, etc.
