I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and spiritual struggles. Together, we go beyond surface-level coping to understand the root of what’s keeping you stuck. Our work guides you on your journey to wholeness while building the tools needed to move forward with clarity, stability, and confidence. With over 22 years in behavioral health and 16 years as a counselor, I bring depth, insight, and care to our work.

My approach is relational and trauma-informed, grounded in person-centered, attachment, and psychodynamic therapy. I integrate CBT, somatic, mindfulness-based strategies, and EMDR to help clients feel safe in their bodies, supporting nervous system regulation and lasting, root-level healing while thoughtfully incorporating faith when it is meaningful to you.

I offer virtual counseling in GA and AZ, with in-person sessions in Atlanta, and coaching services available virtually across the U.S. and internationally.
