About
Therapy provides the platform to grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My counseling philosophy also rests on the principle that each individual and each relationship is unique. This means I will incorporate various counseling theories and techniques based on client's need. Counseling allows you to explore the past within the context of the present and provides a platform for healing, freedom and experiencing joy. It provides a place to learn about your true identity and gives you the opportunity to experience a change of heart and deep healing.
Our counseling practice will focus on help and healing for families, couples, and individuals. Having spent the past 20 years in the private and public school systems, I have experiences in many different family situations - integration of the family within the school system, academic challenges, working with blended families, divorce, depression,
anxiety issues, as well as many other challenges life throws our way. Please contact us today if you are in need. You may view our services in detail on our website, as well as our pricing details.
