"Without a struggle, there can be no progress." ~ F. Douglass. It takes courage and strength for people to admit they are going through more than they can handle. If you are going through something difficult, you don't have to go through it alone. Therapy is a space where it's safe to share and reflect upon thoughts, feelings and challenges you face. My job as a therapist is to ensure my clients feel understood and that they learn skills & tools to manage challenges that may come up in life. I am here to support you through it.

My role as therapist is to help clients realize there is HOPE for things to get better. Whether exploring gender/sexual identity, histories of trauma & abuse, cultural experiences, grief & loss or mood disorders - together we will work through barriers between where you are and where you would like to be.

I have a particular fondness for working with people of diverse backgrounds. Due to my own experiences living and working in communities of color and with immigrants/refugees, I am more aware than most of the additional challenges faced by those with language, racial, religious and other cultural factors.
