I have experience working with adults and children with various diagnoses including depression, anxiety, anger issues, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, ADHD, and adjustment/life transition concerns. I was trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD in 2015 and have had training in CBT. I am EMDR trained as of August 2023 as well. I love working with active-duty military members, veterans, and their families.
I love working with people and watching how they heal and grow. I not only get to witness part of their journey, but I truly believe that I learn something new from each individual I meet.
I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, inpatient psychiatric setting, private practice, and state mental health departments.
