My eclectic approach includes various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family therapy, Behavior Modification, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman, and EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
My personal trials and trauma, which were overcome through therapy, have helped me gain unconditional empathy and knowledge to help others through their journey of healing and self-fulfillment.
