For 15+ years, I have helped adults heal from trauma, PTSD, narcissistic and emotional abuse, difficult relationships, anxiety, betrayal, and painful life transitions. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, narcissistic and emotional abuse, relationships, betrayal, divorce, anxiety, and childhood wounds. With 15+ years of experience and EMDR training, I help clients break unhealthy patterns, rebuild self-worth, and create lasting change. I can incorporate Christian faith for those who want a Christian perspective.
My own trials and trauma, and the healing I experienced through therapy, have given me deep empathy and understanding for others on their journey toward healing and fulfillment.
