I am a licensed professional counselor in Connecticut, Florida, and Idaho and a certified school psychologist. I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist, Trauma Informed Coac,h and Narcissist Recovery Specialist. I intend to create a container of safety, appreciation, connection, and support. My style is a balance of compassion and heartfelt directness. My therapeutic approach is based on Gestalt body-centered psychotherapy that embraces mind-body-spirit integration.
I enjoy working with teenagers, adults, and couples who may be experiencing challenges associated with life stressors, loss, transition, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, mood dysregulation, anger management, grief, and relationship issues.
