I am a queer and neuro affirming therapist. I am non-denominational, but am spiritual in realms of Pagan and Astrology with a splash of Buddhist practices. I am what you get and know my style isn’t for everyone. I believe I can provide a safe, inclusive, and inviting energy and space whether online or in person.
I provide an eclectic approach utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, CBT, Polyvagal therapeutic approach, and trauma informed approaches, including Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model of Treatment (NMT). I utilize movement, breath work, and mindfullness skills to help reset the nervous system. I tailor my therapeutic approach to clients.
I offer a judgement free zone. I too am human and have challenges with anxiety, depression, and obsessive thoughts. I am neurospicy and a little weird. I embrace all of that.
