I work with high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or patterns around substance use that aren't working. Many of the people I work with are used to pushing through and staying "fine", but are ready for something deeper than surface-level coping.
I am not a blank-slate therapist. I'm real, engaged, and will talk with you. I combine traditional therapy with somatic (body-based) practices to help you understand your patterns and actually shift them. We'll focus on your nervous system, habits, and real-life changes, and what is keeping you stuck.
