I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in Austin, Texas. My approach to therapy is grounded in my appreciation of the importance of relationships and how they shape our lives. Through a supportive exploration of formative experiences and the way these live on in the present, my goal is to offer a space where clients can try new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them. I hope to be a resource for you and to explore different possibilities together.
I work primarily with adults and specialize in trauma and stressor-related disorders, issues related to attachment, anxiety and grief. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and I am passionate about working with people of color, immigrants, people from the LGBTQ+ community and people with disabilities.
My style is relational, warm, and direct. I value humor as an important part of the therapy process and I am deeply interested in people and their experiences.
