I am here to walk alongside of you during this time and validate what you are feeling. I am a trauma informed counselor who works with kids, adolescents, and adults. I take a client-centered approach and focus on really getting to know the client's needs.
I am currently offering in-person or teletherapy appointments depending on the client's comfort level. I specialize in working with children/adolescents, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other trauma informed approaches.
