I have assisted clients exiting homelessness and those addressing substance use disorders as well.

I enjoy using modalities such as CBT, solution focused brief therapy, and EMDR. I utilize a person-centered, strength-based approach and will work with my clients to ensure that their goals are being met in a way that leads you to feel fulfilled and successful.
