I bring a warm and open heart, years of experience, and a thorough knowledge of a variety of therapeutic methods including leading-edge mindfulness-based approaches.
I have successfully worked with individuals struggling with depression, grief, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in helping heal traumatic wounds and in helping people reduce anxiety and to better navigate the stressful demands of contemporary life.
