I created the Brief Grief Method: focused 90-minute sessions to help you process your emotions, address loneliness and isolation, and develop coping strategies. In a short time frame this approach helps foster understanding and honor your grief while moving towards healing. I can help you find hope, resilience, and empower you to embrace life again!

Healing Hearts-Loss of spouse/partner

A place to find community and therapeutic support after loss of a spouse/partner. An ONLINE 8 week group with weekly topics to aide your healing. Fees are broken up into two payments of $400, due at the beginning of each 4 week segment, for a total of $800. The group will save you $600 over individual therapy sessions.
