In a short time frame this approach helps foster understanding and honor your grief while moving towards healing. I can help you find hope, resilience, and empower you to embrace life again!

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy because it focuses on your preferred future instead of the hurting past without dismissing your story. When we grieve, we often feel uncertain about our future and have a hard time seeing a way forward. I also use Emotionally Focused Therapy because accessing emotions are the key to healing many different types of losses and facing a future without loved ones.

Healing Hearts-Loss of spouse/partner

A place to find community and therapeutic support after loss of a spouse/partner. An ONLINE 8 week group with weekly topics to aide your healing. Fees are broken up into two payments of $400, due at the beginning of each 4 week segment, for a total of $800. The group will save you $600 over individual therapy sessions.
