My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and relational neuroscience, with training in Gottman, EFT, and integrative approaches. I help clients strengthen communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and create more secure connections. Our work is direct, collaborative, and focused on building meaningful change.
