I believe the most influential part of the therapeutic process is the relationship between the client and therapist. I could continue to go to school, and put more letters behind my name, but that won’t mean anything if my clients don’t feel safe, connected, and comfortable. All of us at some point in time struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship conflict, or adjustment to change. This is a part of the human experience, so none of us are immune. I work with children, individuals, and families experiencing the complexities and surprises of life, often confused, conflicted, or at a loss.
The therapeutic process is just that, a process. It is a time for intentional efforts towards growth, progress, and enlightenment. Life can be chaotic, fast paced, and demanding. This is a group I am developing for people interested in taking nature walks or hikes as a group therapy experience. The minimum participants is 2, and the maximum number of participants for this group will be 6. Of course, I do utilize walk and talk for individual sessions near my office in downtown Redlands.

Inside Out
Each class will define a new emotion, and learn a new coping skill. Throughout each week, parent and child will continue to add to their "Feel Better Box" filled with supplies for coping skills for managing emotions and communication. This class will promote communication skills, emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, and relationship enhancement.
