Have you been feeling stuck in your life or relationship? Feeling like maybe things could be better? Do you experience shame with your body and sexuality? You might wish to overcome the stigmas associated with that shame and live a more empowered life full of joy and pleasure. Are you in a non-traditional style relationship and need guidance and/or support?
I am a licensed clinical social worker and sexuality practitioner that is trained in working with people who have or are experiencing trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, crisis, relationship and sexual issues. I am gender affirming and kink informed. I have training through the Modern Sex therapy institute. I also heavily focus on attachment.
I look forward to working with you to help you experience more joy, pleasure and confidence, as well as support you in navigating new/existing relationships whether they are traditional or non. Through this work you can feel empowered and more at ease in everyday life, shift your mindset to more positive thinking and find peace.
