About
Have you been feeling stuck in your life or relationship. Feeling like maybe things could be better? Do you experience shame with your body and sexuality? You might wish to overcome the stigmas associated with that shame and live a more empowered life full of joy and pleasure. Have you experienced trauma in and around your personal life and relationships?
I am a licensed clinical social worker and sexuality practitioner that is trained in working with people who have or are experiencing trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, crisis, relationship and sexual issues. I am gender affirming and kink informed. I have 100+ hours of training through the AASECT (American Assoc. of sex educators and therapists.)
I look forward to working with you to help you experience more joy, pleasure and confidence. Through this work you can feel empowered and more at ease in everyday life, shift your mindset to more positive thinking and find peace.
