Life can be challenging. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disoriented, and heavily burdened. Relationship difficulties, unfortunate circumstances, resentments from the past, and worries about the future may lead to anxiety, depression, and other issues that negatively impact important aspects of your life. Kelley Kramer Sieger, MS, LPCC serves individuals, couples, and adolescents (in the context of family counseling). She helps those who have had challenges with navigating difficult life transitions, repetitive relationship difficulties, recovering from destructive relationships, and creating better relationships.
My approach is straight forward and action oriented. If you are ready to do the work and invested in the process, you will make progress. Along the way clients will acquire new coping and communication skills, learn to change unhelpful thoughts, improve valued relationships, and come to understand and accept themselves in a deeper way.
Coming to counseling requires courage. You are more than the struggles you face. My desire in partnering with clients is to help them remember that they are worthy, loveable, and good enough. It is my hope that through the process of therapy, clients will be able to live a more integrated, fulfilling and inspired life.
