With over 20 years of experience, I take a holistic approach to ensure my clients have all the tools necessary for maintaining a balanced life. I provide a safe and welcoming environment where clients can express themselves freely, overcome emotional hurdles, and move beyond limiting thoughts. In my sessions, I utilize various unique modalities, including Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parts and Memory Therapy, Time-Line Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based Therapy.
