I have 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. My treatment approach is guided by attachment and emotion focused therapies, family systems, IFS parts work, mindfulness, and trauma informed practices.
My style of therapy is warm and interactive. I will share my thoughts and perspectives with you, as well as my experience of you, in an objective, sensitive, and honest way. I will offer my assessments and formulations, and suggest strategies and interventions I think could be helpful.
