I will spend time getting to know you, & together we can tailor a plan that best suits you and your individual situation. I come from a strength based approach. I want to help you realize the warrior you already are, & to build on those strengths. In our sessions, you will find a supportive, non-judgmental, environment in which you can explore your emotions and experiences. I want to help you to overcome barriers that prevent you from living the life you want to live. I use Strength-based and Solution focused approaches, as well as Cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR therapy to address past trauma
I believe every person deserves to feel seen, understood & heard. Therapy is a collaborative process that may incorporate practical problem solving as well as exploration & deepening of awareness.
