I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which helps you cope with difficult emotions and behaviors with valuable coping skills, as well as providing deeper therapy to shift your beliefs and emotions. It is proven to be highly effective with teens and adults for improving depression, anxiety, and relationships.
I offer help with some of the most frustrating and confusing behaviors and emotions including impulsivity, self harm, thoughts of suicide, rage and volatile relationships.
