My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself so that you can create the life you want to live.

I use a variety of approaches. Together, we will figure out which one is best for you based on what you need from therapy. No matter the approach, I always make sure it's collaborative and realistic for you. I like to insert humor when appropriate.
