I have been able to help individual clients manage things like anxiety and depression, and couples work on communication skills, process infertility, and work through trust issues in the comfort of our office or online. I believe therapy is your process and I am here to help guide you.
I work with couples, individuals, and families. I help couples increase their attachment, reinvest trust in relationships, and improve intimacy. I help individuals process their past and focus on their future. Being an LMFT, I have clinical training in couples and systems work as well as individual work.
I believe therapy should not be long term or boring; it should be productive. When we meet, we dig right into changing the negative patterns in your life to create healthier, more productive ways of approaching life. This group is for adults who are in any stage of divorce and would like support from others who are facing similar challenges. You will learn practical tools to help you move forward.
