I am currently accepting new clients. I’m a firm believer that therapy can’t be ‘one size fits all.’ While there are some tried and true practices that I utilize, none of my clients’ therapy journeys will look alike because no two people are exactly alike! I am dedicated to helping my clients explore what’s not working for them, and identify the right tools for making impactful change.
As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist I work with eating and food issues, with a special focus in working with elite athletes and fitness competitors. I am EMDR certified, which allows me to help clients work through trauma and other life struggles. I also see women who have Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), and help them coping skills.
I offer individual therapy, as well as in-practice employment and supervision for LPC-Associates. My style is caring, direct, and encouraging, and there's often a little laughter sprinkled into sessions.
