I offer Somatic Attachment-Focused EMDR, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement. I also have training in Trauma-Focused CBT, parts work, and polyvagal theory. These modalities provide education related to the mind-connection, and multiple options for processing overwhelm, trauma, and developing skills to support yourself life long.
Overwhelm takes a toll. We may not recognize ourselves, our relationships, or the world around us when we feel groundless. This is a difficult and often exhausting place to be. Strengthening our connection to our minds and bodies can help us feel more empowered to navigate our lives, and build safer and more supportive connections with others.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions through Kalamazoo Psychology, LLC, and I accept the insurances listed and offer a sliding fee scale.
