My style of therapy is person-centered, meaning I focus on you, what struggles are taking place in your life, and what you're looking for in terms of therapy and tailor treatment and approach around those individual needs. I have experience utilizing a blend of approaches to improve overall well-being. I support clients seeking individual therapy with concerns related to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, relationship issues, and
