I provide space for people struggling with life. I specialize in helping clients embrace self-compassion, inner resilience and strength. Traumas- generational, economic, racial, religious, sexual and gender, can be overcome; as can ableism and sizeism. We must challenge learned guilt and shame and radically embrace ourselves. I acknowledge your unique struggle and offer unconditional acceptance as you work to overcome your emotional inheritance. I am LGBTQIA2+ affirming, poly affirming, sex worker and kink positive and absolutely pro-choice. I am a pagan therapist and uphold the sacredness of all spiritual paths.
I am an integrative therapist, which means that I pull from many different modalities. My preference is for somatic interventions which help connect the mind, body and spirit. I also enjoy incorporating energy work (reiki, chakras), symbology, dream and shadow work, shamanic journeying, meditation, breath work and spiritual support, into my practice.
