I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and relationships. I have a modern, holistic, hands on approach in sessions with a warm, direct style. Therapy modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, and mind/body practices. I provide tools that will challenge you to identify and become the best version of yourself.
