My name is Kelisha LaGrone and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both CA and TX. My approach to therapy includes meeting my clients where they are at and co- creating and collaborating with my clients to tailor a treatment plan that meets their individual and very unique needs. My focus area includes, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity integration and consolidation, family or relationship conflict, and trauma.
While I am accepting of all clients, I am deeply passionate about serving cis gendered women. I do not use a "one size fits all" approach and will tailor my practice to suit the needs of my client. At the same time, I most gravitate to psychodynamic, attachment, somatic, behavioral, and faith centered/spiritual approached in my line of work.
I work on creating a safe containment for clients that feels warm and genuine. I have been described as deeply caring, authentic, and wise. As an honored and humbled listener, I am open to constructive feedback and I am very open and flexible in adjusting therapy wants and needs as communicated by my clients.
