I work with individuals who have experienced many forms of trauma. I have special training working with those who are navigating a medical diagnosis, chronic illness, or experienced medical trauma. I believe that living with the diagnosis of a chronic illness doesn't have to define who you are but rather be built into a story of resilience.
My therapeutic orientation is built on human connection and utilize techniques from Narrative, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused therapy. I am also trained in EMDR, which is highly effective in treating trauma and other life issues.
