I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief. I'm trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), CBT, and EMDR. Whether it's individual struggles, affair repair or creating healthy communication and connection, let's work together to bring hope and change.
