I believe that looking holistically at clients' lives can enhance the therapeutic experience and broaden opportunities for healing. I explore creative and innovative ways to incorporate client's passions into the counseling process. My goal is always to make sure my client's leave my office more aware and hopefully more confident that their lives are evolving toward more connected ways of living. I challenge my clients to examine their habits, lifestyle, and consistency of positive self regard.

My background includes over eight years of working with adults, young adults, couples, and teens. I work with clients 16 & up and specialize in relationships, relational trauma, women's issues, life transitions, and work towards increased self-worth. I use Adlerian, somatic, IFS, and other embodied modalities to create opportunities for deep exploration.

I work collaboratively with my clients towards wellness and congruence in their lives. I utilize a direct and compassionate style and work with movement, metaphor and visualization to transpose healing into the "real world". I'm always open to walk & talk sessions!
