My background includes over eight years of working with adults, young adults, couples, and teens. I work with clients 16 & up and specialize in relationships, relational trauma, women's & issues, life transitions, and work towards increased self-worth. I use Adlerian, somatic, IFS, and other embodied modalities to create opportunities for deep exploration.
If our schedules do not align, I have LPC - As and interns that I supervise and colleagues that are excellent clinicians. I'm always happy to make a referral to someone I trust or who may better assist in your counseling goals!
