As a trans identifying therapist, I believe in cultivating safety and trust, providing space for you to feel fully seen and affirmed. My focus is to guide you through your emotions with acceptance, patience and compassion towards oneself. I am certified in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilize elements of IFS therapy. I have over 10 years of experience in suicide prevention as well as providing trauma informed care to adults and the LGBTQ+ community.
I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder for adults. I work with adults and young adults in the LGBTQ+ community.
