I specialize in universal spirituality, nature therapy, self-forgiveness, radical acceptance, & inner child healing for people with anxiety, trauma & relationship challenges. I help clients love and forgive themselves using their miraculous power to heal from within. I use IFS (Internal family systems), intuition, somatic therapy, mindfulness, guided meditation, radical acceptance and humor. I'm passionate about ACIM, Buddhism & nondual philosophy. Clients describe me as calm, compassionate and out of the box.
I love forgiveness, spiritual coaching, ACIM coaching, somatic work (using the body to heal), self-hypnosis, LGBTQ-affirming care, highly sensitive empaths, neurodiversity, and inner child healing. I love working with people who desire to live from their hearts. I'm passionate about self- forgiveness (letting go of meaning) and self love.
