There are times that navigating through life challenges, family and career struggles can become overwhelming. The resulting stress, mood swings, and uncomfortable feelings can negatively impact your emotional, spiritual and physical well being. I have devoted 13 years to providing individuals, and couples with the support they need to recover emotional, spiritual, and relational wholeness. For the past 13 years I have worked as a mental health professional providing clinical counseling services to individuals, couples. Services include assisting individuals experiencing mood swings, grief, anxiety, and depression symptoms as well as those struggling from trauma, divorce, sexual impulsiveness, and couples experiencing relationship difficulties.
As a professional/ pastoral counselor I offer a unique range of professional competencies to assist individuals to identify and resolve underlining causes of emotional distress. I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
