Hello! I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with most clients in individual counseling and use techniques from other theoretical models depending on client needs. I work with teen and adults with a focus on such areas as anxiety, depression, and grief; I additionally provide couples and marriage counseling, substance abuse counseling, Christian counseling, and counseling to adults who are victims or dealing with trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor in the state of West Virginia (License 2213) and National Certified Counselor.
