I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have my M.S. in clinical psychology from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in psychology from Purdue University. I have extensive experience working in both NorCal and SoCal with a strong background in crisis work. I am well-travelled and welcome diverse populations and challenging cases.

I am psychodynamic-based, so I do my own thorough assessment to make sure I have a full understanding of your situation and circumstances. I am reality-based and solution-focused. I often use motivational interviewing and CBT techniques to incite positive changes related to goals.
