He retired from Central Utah Correctional Facility (CUCF) where he worked as a guard and was also on the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT). He also was a member of the Army National Guard. As he was preparing to retire, he went back to school and earned his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015 from the University of Phoenix.
He is passionate in helping others and guiding them through personal challenges to ease emotional burdens and empower them to achieve a healthier mind. He specializes in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, anger management and effective communication. Keith knows how to handle crisis and can teach you how to use appropriate coping skills to deal with issues.
