About

Imagine you have had the same problem or behavior recycling through your life for months, perhaps years. This could be anything from managing your emotions, accepting how traumatic events have shaped your life, addiction, conflict, how other people treat you/how you treat others, or simply taking ownership. Imagine your goal is to change the circumstance, flip the script on your life and find lasting change. I want to help people who want to learn why things are the way they are and to embrace new skills and tools to manage their lives. I use a combination of practical experience and research based skills to get you there.
I have 20 years of experience in social work, most of which has been on the ground helping others in crisis, trauma, addiction and mental health. I didn't sit in a comfy therapist chair until 6 years ago, still not much of a sitter. I provide a practical perspective with a strong research based practice, and a positive, non-judgmental, supportive approach.
If you are ready to embrace your ability to improve your life, make it your goal to call and get the support you need to create real and lasting change. I can help you decipher a plan, engage in it, create sustainability within yourself and choose the best practices to get there. Please allow up to 72 hours for email contact due to high call volume.
