Having worked as a paramedic, and in education, for years, I specialize in working with First Responder (EMS, Fire, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Dispatch) and military, medical, educational, and government personnel, and their families. I understand what the First Responder, military, and medical services can do to a person, relationships, and a family, and I am here to help you address issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
I will work with you to address personal obstacles as opportunities for growth and transformational change. Using neuro-adaptive information processing (EMDR and NLP), behavioral, mindfulness, and existential techniques, clients gain awareness and develop skills in mastering change and are able to live in accordance with their personal values.
