Many of the men I work with are successful professionally while privately struggling with shame, stress, secrecy, or emotional disconnection. My approach is structured, direct, and grounded, helping clients understand what keeps them stuck, build accountability, and create lasting change.

I bring 10+ years of counseling and recovery group experience, along with 25+ years as a human resources executive. That background helps me understand the pressure many men carry in work, marriage, faith, and family life. I earned my M.S. in Addiction Counseling from Texas Tech University.
